- Contacting mentors outside the platform (phone / WhatsApp / personal email).
- Offering or paying mentors outside the platform.
- Sharing personal contact details or soliciting theirs.
- Impersonation, fraudulent documents, or manipulating records.
- Harassment or threats toward staff or mentors.
